I know this looks a little ghetto but if you need garment bags for nice clothes in your closet, just use large shopping bags and your own hangers. It doesn’t look great but if it keeps the dust off and protects your clothing then why not, nobody else has to see it and it’s a way to recycle those enormous shopping bags you get sometimes.
